  • Advising publicly-listed Keywords Studios plc in the acquisition by Swedish private equity house EQT, of the entire issued share capital of Keywords through a pubic takeover process.
  • Advising US based reinsurance group, Carrick Specialty Holdings LLC, in their acquisition of Seamair Insurance DAC and BMS Insurance DAC.
  • Advised renowned international healthcare provider University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) on its acquisition of Santry Sports Clinic, representing UPMC's fourth hospital in Ireland.
  • Advised Aer Soleir on their acquisition of PRT Solar Limited from Summit Solar.
  • Advised Statkraft on two Corporate Power Purchase Agreements with Microsoft in 2023.
  • Advised independent fund manager, Arcus Infrastructure Partners in its sale of 100% of the issued share capital of Constellation Cold Logistics, the leading independent cold storage logistics business in Europe to private equity house EQT.
