Rita Kuckertz is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on products liability, mass torts, and class actions. Rita began her legal career at DLA Piper as a Krantz Fellow dedicating her first year to pro bono matters. During her fellowship, she focused on humanitarian immigration matters and federal impact litigation related to food security and disability rights in education. In addition to her direct client representation, Rita collaborated with New Perimeter, DLA Piper's nonprofit affiliate, where she collaborated with attorneys around the world to contribute to global legal capacity-building initiatives.
