Lenka Petráčková is a member of DLA Piper's Corporate practice. She has experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law and IPT law.

Lenka advises international and local clients on transactions and participates in the efficient resolution of matters related to clients' day-to-day business operations.

Lenka has participated in several large-scale M&A projects that included legal audit/due diligence and drafting a wide range of contracts and other documents. She has recently also advised IT companies and startups on SaaS agreements, intellectual property, data protection and privacy.
