Emily's practice focuses on domestic and international M&A transactions and private equity investments. She acts for clients on matters spanning various sectors, including consumer goods and retail, energy and technology transactions. Emily has spent six months on secondment at DLA Piper's Dubai office, with a particular focus on international M&A transactions and joint venture arrangements.

  • Synergia Capital on its acquisition of the INTWO group from Schneider Electric.
  • Halma plc on its acquisition of the MK Test Systems group.
  • Highlander Partners on the sale of Fuerst Day Lawson to Archer-Daniels-Midland.
  • August Equity Partners on:

    the sale of the Amtivo group to funds managed by Charterhouse Capital Partners;
    – 
    the sale of Pet Cremation Services to VetPartners; and
    – 
    various portfolio company acquisitions.
  • Dentsu Group on its acquisition of Tag Worldwide from Advent International.
  • Charterhouse Capital Partners backed Amtivo group on its international buy-and-build programme including the acquisitions of Certification Europe, InfoSaas, ACM, QAICL, Ascentor, Secure Business Computing Solutions, First4Safety, EQA, UK Food Certification and Advanced Certification.
  • Fremman Capital on:
