Elena Wang

Elena Wang is a Lawyer within the Corporate department. She works in the Milan office.

She advises Italian and international companies with respect to M&A transactions (domestic and cross-border, with focus on cross-border transactions with Asia) in due diligence activities and drafting of commercial agreements.

She also advises Italian and international groups on corporate matters in relation to both day-to-day management and extraordinary corporate reorganizations.
