Urszula Grębowska

Urszula Grębowska is a member of the competition law team. She advises on merger control, antitrust proceedings, and foreign direct investment (FDI) filings. She is involved in the preparation and handling of merger notifications, including assessing notification requirements, preparing documentation to be filed, and providing ongoing support in cooperation with regulatory authorities.

She has a particular focus on the pharmaceutical, food, and transport sectors - especially clients operating in regulated markets. She analyses legal obligations at various stages of supply chains, as well as assessing regulatory risks and the potential liability of businesses. Urszula also participates in legal due diligence reviews of companies, analysing their regulatory obligations and administrative and court proceedings conducted against them.
