About

Urszula Grębowska advises on Polish and EU competition and consumer protection law, with a particular focus on merger control, antitrust compliance, and regulatory risk management. She assists clients throughout all stages of merger control proceedings, foreign direct investment (FDI) screening, and on competition law issues arising in complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

She often works with clients in highly regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, energy, transport, and infrastructure. Her practice spans both transactional and advisory matters, helping businesses navigate competition and consumer protection requirements, commercial arrangements, supply and distribution models, and sector-specific regulatory frameworks.
