DLA Piper Latin America advises Advent International on a partnership with CEMEX

DLA Piper advised Advent International, one of the countries’ largest global private equity investors, in certain legal issues applicable in certain jurisdictions in the acquisition of a majority stake in CEMEX's shares to accelerate the growth and development of Neoris, a tech consultancy and digital transformation service. CEMEX will remain a key strategic partner and customer of Neoris, and Advent will hold a majority stake in Neoris.
