Three DLA Piper Partners receive Connect CRE’s 2025 Women in Real Estate recognition
DLA Piper is pleased to announce Partners Anita Agajanian, Amy Carbins, and Stacy Osmond have been named to Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate list recognizing women “whose talent, drive, and fresh ideas have helped them succeed and become influential in commercial real estate.”
Agajanian was recognized in the Boston & New England category. She concentrates her practice on real estate acquisition, development, finance and leasing, as well as the negotiation of construction contracts. Her clients have included national and regional owners and developers, hospitals and universities, commercial and multifamily residential property owners, and office, retail, high tech, biotech and restaurant tenants.
Carbins, Chair of the firm’s Washington, DC Real Estate Practice, was recognized in the Washington, DC category. In her practice, she structures, negotiates, and executes complex commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Her experience includes transactions involving data centers, multi-family, industrial, R&D facilities, medical office, independent and assisted living senior communities, mixed-use projects, shopping centers, hotels and resorts, and office buildings.
Osmond was recognized in the Chicago & Midwest category. She represents developers, operators and investors in structuring and negotiating complex data center transactions, including build-to-suit projects, powered shell arrangements and hyperscale campuses, and advises on all phases of the data center lifecycle. She also has extensive experience representing institutional investors, developers, REITs and corporate users in joint ventures, real estate investment, leasing, financing, acquisitions and dispositions.
