Andrea Garofalo

Andrea deals with bankruptcy proceedings and, more generally, with crisis resolution, assisting both Italian and foreign creditors and Italian distressed corporate entities, providing also judicial assistance both in bankruptcy and corporate litigations proceedings.

He’s experienced supporting companies in implementing out-of-Court restructuring plans pursuant to Article 67; debt restructuring agreements with creditors and composition plans with creditors under Italian bankruptcy law.

Andrea has gained also experience in enforcement procedures and with regards to judicial activities he had the opportunity to deal with disputes related to directors’ liabilities as well as precautionary judgments on corporate law.
