Fulvio Miano

Fulvio Miano is a Lawyer in the Corporate department and is based in the Milan office.

He currently advises Italian and foreign companies with respect to M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border, concerning the acquisition and disposal of medium-sized and large companies and businesses. He gained experience in due diligence activities and drafting of M&A and commercial agreements.

He also advises Italian and multinational companies on general corporate matters regarding both the day-by-day management and extraordinary corporate reorganizations.
