About

Cary Nadelman’s practice focuses on securitization and structured finance transactions with an emphasis on collateralized loan obligations. He has experience advising underwriters, asset managers, and investors in broadly syndicated and middle-market collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions and term warehouse facilities, as well as in representing banks in documenting and structuring both syndicated and bilateral secured lending facilities. He has assisted clients with matters involving federal securities laws and regulatory matters, including compliance with provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act.

Cary has further experience with derivatives, structured products, and general corporate and securities law matters.
