DLA Piper advises Driven Technologies in its acquisition of ieMentor

DLA Piper advised Driven Technologies, a New York-based cybersecurity and cloud service provider, in its acquisition of ieMentor, a Cisco Gold Partner offering advanced IT-solutions.

The acquisition significantly elevates Driven Technologies’ capabilities around Cisco security, networking, collaboration and data center skills. It also broadens the company’s geographic reach and enriches its overall service offerings. 

The acquisition also expands Driven Technologies to 85 employees worldwide, of which 70% are engineers with 15 Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert certifications that span security, collaboration, networking and data center skills.
