DLA Piper strengthens Dublin Real Estate offering with new partner appointment

DLA Piper has today announced the appointment of Kathi Ó Riain as partner in the firm’s real estate practice in Dublin.

Kathi will join the firm on 1 May 2024 from Addleshaw Goddard in Ireland, where she was a partner and Head of Property and Construction. Kathi has more than 20 years’ experience advising a wide range of international and domestic clients on all types of real estate sector projects and transactions. Her experience spans all major real estate asset classes, including logistics, retail, offices, hotels and leisure, student accommodation, healthcare, infrastructure and energy. She is also highly regarded in the Irish real estate market for her expertise in commercial leasing.

Kathi will bolster the real estate team’s full service offering, bringing her considerable knowledge and industry experience to provide creative solutions that help our clients achieve and exceed their goals.

Kathi will join DLA Piper’s Dublin office which numbers 115 people, including 18 partners and 17 legal directors. The firm continues to go from strength to strength with growth across all its practice groups and sectors since being established in 2019.
