Astrid advises both national and international clients on all aspects of employment law, covering individual and collective labour relations. She supports clients throughout the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to the termination of employment contracts, including the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements, disciplinary matters, and the management of sensitive exits.
She is also involved in collective matters, particularly in the context of reorganisations, where she assists clients with the preparation and implementation of restructuring projects, employee consultations, and interactions with staff representative bodies.
Astrid also supports her clients in the context of transactional operations, in particular in relation to employment due diligence reviews, as well as in the analysis and management of labor and employment risks associated with mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions.
