He is a corporate and commercial lawyer whose practice focuses principally on French and international (including US) M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliances and commercial transactions.
Alan has represented numerous corporate entities, including large and medium-size American, French and Japanese companies engaged in a wide variety of commercial, industrial and other activities.
Alan founded the current Paris office in 1982 and served as its Managing Partner until October 2007.
