  • Represented a leading private investment firm in its equity investment in a newly established mid-life aircraft financing joint venture

  • Represented a bespoke capital solutions investor in a syndicated hybrid capital investment in a parking and infrastructure conglomerate
  • Represented a private investment firm in its preferred equity investment in a leading marketing and media strategy company 
  • Represented the ad hoc creditors committee in the prepackaged bankruptcy of a consumer lending company with over US$2 billion in debt

Prior Experience

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Lulu was an associate in the corporate and finance practice at an Am Law 50 international law firm in New York City. Prior to law school, Lulu worked in data operations at a tech startup that has since been acquired by Snap.
