DLA Piper advises August Equity backed OneTouch Health on acquisition of AutumnCare

DLA Piper has advised August Equity backed OneTouch, a leading provider of end-to-end care management software in the UK and Ireland, on its acquisition of AutumnCare, an Australia based residential aged care software platform.

OneTouch is a digital care management platform for the homecare market across the UK and Ireland. Its products include a full suite of functionality including rostering, care plans, time & attendance, billing, and HR management.

AutumnCare was launched in 2005 and is a top four provider of residential aged care software in the Australian market. With a long pedigree in the residential market, the business is critical in the day-to-day running of care homes across the East and West coast of Australia.

The acquisition of AutumnCare will allow OneTouch to expand its offering further into the residential aged care market in the UK and Ireland, as well as building on the strong presence AutumnCare has already established in Australia and bring the OneTouch homecare software to this market.
