DLA Piper advises the Province of Chubut on the issuance of short-term notes

DLA Piper advised the Province of Chubut on the issuance of short-term notes for a total aggregate amount of US$42 million.

The notes will accrue interest at a nominal rate, with quarterly interest payments, and are secured with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime. The notes have been admitted for secondary trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (BYMA) and A3 Mercados S.A. (A3).

The issuance of the short-term notes took place on June 5, 2025, and will mature on June 5, 2026.
