• Advised Vauban Infrastructure Partners in its acquisition of Proxiserve, a specialized group in housing services. 
• Advised a global consulting firm as part of its investment in the capital of CO2 AI, a company specialized in artificial intelligence and the development of solutions for companies to reduce their CO2 emissions.
• Advised Flamingo Group International Limited in connection with its acquisition of Bigot Flowers Kenya. 
• Advised ekWateur, a renewable energy provider, in the context of a EUR70m fundraising.
• Advised Evina, specialized in high technology cybersecurity for mobile payment, in a EUR20m fundraising.
