  • Acting for a MEP contractor in relation to unlawful termination claim and recovery of outstanding payment entitlements arising on major medical facility project in Riyadh, KSA.
  • Acting for a Employer in an LCIA arbitration concerning the recovery of liquidated damages, a call on the performance bonds and the contractor’s claims for extension of time in connection with a luxury mall in Abu Dhabi, UAE. 
  • Acting for a main contractor in an ICC arbitration in relation to a claim for liquidated damages and recovery of back charges in connecting with an LPG facility in Oman.
