  • Acted for Graphite Capital, the leading investor in UK mid-sized businesses, on the sale of its investment in Wonderbly, publisher of premium personalised books, to Penguin Random House.
  • Acted for Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) on the formation of a strategic alliance with ASX-listed Insurance Australia Group (IAG), including the significant sale of a 90% interest in RACQ's insurance business to IAG for AUD855 million.
  • Acted for JSW Group, an NSW listed company, on its USD120 million investment in M RES HCC (NSW) which has a 30% interest in Golden M NSW, the entity that has acquired Illawarra’s coal assets from South32.
  • Acted for a US-headquartered insurance company on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in Honan Insurance Group, a leading specialist insurance broker in the areas of corporate risk, employee benefits, and strata and real estate insurance.
