AXA on a number of acquisitions, disposals and ongoing management work across its UK property portfolio, including the GBP86 million disposal of a major retail and office asset in Oxford Street, London; the disposal of significant office and retail assets for AXA Sun Life and Sun Life Assurance Society PLC; the acquisition of an office redevelopment opportunity for the Greater London Fund and the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of NorthStar Realty Europe Corp.

The Carlyle Group in connection with the negotiation of a master facilities agreement, covering all of Carlyle's corporate offices globally. The agreement covers site selection, leasing, space planning, construction, property management and many other tasks. We also negotiated a new headquarters lease for The Carlyle Group of approximately 200,000 square feet in the building located at 1001 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C., as well as on the leasing of the various premises within the Aurora Place skyscraper in Sydney, Australia that is owned by The Carlyle Group.

GI Partners in connection with a sale/leaseback transaction with DirecTv for DirecTv's LA Broadcasting Center in Culver City CA. The sale price was USD211 million with a 35-year NNN lease back to an affiliate of the seller.
