DLA Piper advises Mesa Air Group on completion of Republic Airways merger

DLA Piper advised Mesa Air Group Inc., a regional air carrier based in Phoenix, on its successful merger with Republic Airways, one of the largest regional airlines in North America. The transaction was approved by Mesa stockholders on November 17, 2025, and the combined company, Republic Airways Holdings Inc., will remain listed on NASDAQ under the new ticker RJET.
