Natalie is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Finance team.
 
Natalie has a broad range of experience advising sponsors, clearing banks, insurance funds, alternative debt funds, developers and property companies in the UK and internationally with a focus on real estate and sports finance.

She advises on a variety of asset classes including mixed residential and commercial developments, student accommodation, hotels, retail and commercial office space as well as sports stadia and has completed a client secondment to The Premier League’s head office in London.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advised Castlelake L.P, an international alternative investment firm, on the establishment of a new joint venture with Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (SBB).
  • Acting for Goldman Sachs and several institutional investors on a refinancing package for The Olympique Lyonnais (OL) group totalling EUR385m.
  • Acting for Goldman Sachs and several institutional investors and lenders in connection with FC Barcelona’s EUR1.5bn financing relating to the redevelopment of Camp Nou.
  • Advised LaSalle on its acquisition and redevelopment of 10 Greycoat Place in London.
  • Acting for the investors in respect of the issuance by FC Barcelona of EUR595m privately placed notes secured against its media rights.
  • Advised The Pollen Estate on various amendments, extensions and upsizings in relation to the original financing with ING in 2017.
  • Advised a global investment bank on a c. EUR90 million subordinated financing to the merchandising arm of a leading European football club, supporting general working capital and broader corporate purposes.
  • Advised a leading global investment bank, acting as placement agent, on a proposed c. EUR2.7 billion senior secured notes issuance in connection with the consolidation of a portfolio of international sports investments into a newly established global sports platform.
  • Advised leading global financial institutions as joint mandated lead arrangers on the high-profile refinancing of a national governing body in the rugby sector.
  • Advised a major investment bank and institutional lenders on the Irish law aspects of a c.EUR610m multi jurisdictional, asset backed private placement, secured over a portfolio of live entertainment venues, including a flagship arena asset.
