Technology Disputes Dinner 2025

Last Thursday DLA Piper’s technology disputes team held an informative dinner bringing together our valued clients and sector lawyers to discuss how developments in technology will change the way in which disputes arise and are resolved. We explored key trends, challenges, and future developments in avoiding, managing and resolving disputes in the technology sector, and how the law can respond to emerging technologies.

Our keynote speaker, David Quest KC, joint Head of Chambers at 3VB, has vast experience of handling technology disputes (including in relation to artificial intelligence, fintech, blockchain and cryptoassets) at the highest level, and is also part of the UK Jurisdiction Taskforce – a joint initiative between lawyers, the judiciary and regulators, guiding the development of English law in response to new technologies.
