Niles Bond is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group and maintains a broad commercial litigation practice.

Niles advises and represents businesses, shareholders, and other clients in complex commercial disputes, including matters involving contracts, shareholder oppression, and corporate governance. He assists clients both before and after disputes arise, providing strategic advice, helping to resolve disputes where possible, and pursuing litigation when necessary to protect their legal and commercial interests.

Niles’ broader experience includes franchise disputes, environmental, regulatory and administrative law matters, Aboriginal rights and title, and rail disputes.

Niles has extensive litigation experience, including acting as trial counsel in two multi-year trials. He has appeared before every level of court in British Columbia, the federal courts, and administrative tribunals.

After obtaining his J.D. from the University of Victoria, Niles clerked at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
