DLA Piper Canada welcomes associate Niles Bond

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Niles Bond to the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group.‎ Niles maintains a broad litigation and regulatory practice with a focus on issues related to the environment and Aboriginal law. 

Niles has acted for defendants in complicated class action proceedings, professionals in disciplinary proceedings and clients involved in shareholder or corporate governance disputes. He has extensive trial experience, having acted as trial counsel in multi-year trials and has appeared before every level of court in British Columbia. 

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Niles practiced at a boutique firm specializing in commercial litigation and public law. After obtaining his J.D. from the University of Victoria, Niles clerked at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
