Niles Bond is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group, where he maintains a broad litigation and regulatory practice.
Niles’ practice focusses on issues related to the environment and Aboriginal law. His broader practice has included acting for defendants in complicated class action proceedings, professionals in disciplinary proceedings and clients involved in shareholder or corporate governance disputes.
Niles has extensive trial experience, having acted as trial counsel in two multi-year trials. He has appeared before every level of court in British Columbia. Niles works on administrative law proceedings both in court and at first instance before various regulatory decision makers.
After obtaining his J.D. from the University of Victoria, Niles clerked at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
