DLA Piper will host its 3rd annual M&A Summit on May 19th in New York City.

The half-day summit will feature insights from former U.S. Senator Richard Burr, whose tenure in the U.S. Senate brings deep experience in navigating complex policy matters and regulatory frameworks.

In an exclusive fireside chat Senator Burr will share his perspectives, offering attendees insights on how evolving legislative and regulatory developments may impact mergers and acquisitions in the future.

The Summit will also feature panels of M&A professionals discussing how global shifts are driving tomorrow’s deals, as well as the role of technology in M&A, addressing both the risks and opportunities it presents for the evolving deal market.

The Summit will conclude with a rooftop networking reception.
