DLA Piper advises Rabobank and NatWest on GBP150 million financing of an 81 MW wind project

DLA Piper has advised Rabobank and NatWest, as mandated lead arrangers and lenders on the GBP 150 million financing of the 81 MW Pencloe onshore wind farm in Scotland.

The project is developed and owned by Invenergy, a US-based developer, owner, and operator of clean energy solutions. The project will use Vestas turbines.

The DLA Piper team was led by partners Natasha Luther Jones and Nikhil Markanday (Finance) and included partner Allan Leal (Finance), senior associates Charlotte Eliades, Sophie Linnell, and Seb Galastro, and associates Jess Zajda, Charlie Bridges, and Craig Hunter.
