Miłosz Dykacz advises on real estate law and civil law. He supports development companies in real estate acquisitions (e.g. office buildings and warehouses) and construction processes. He prepares transactional documentation and assists in the drafting of due diligence reports regarding real estate and corporate law issues.

He also supports banks in financing projects and advises clients in negotiating office, retail and warehouse lease agreements.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising DHL Exel Supply Chain on the cross-border sale (in the sale-and-leaseback model) of a EUR 500 million logistics portfolio comprising properties in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy and Finland to a major German investment fund. The transaction was structured as a forward funding agreement. The portfolio included warehouse buildings with a total area of approximately 200,000 sq. m. The advice included the negotiation of the general construction agreements and lease agreements.
  • Advising a leading global manufacturer of toys on the negotiations of agreements for the lease of retail space in shopping centres in Poland.
  • Advising several international real estate investment funds on the sale and purchase (including cross-border asset and share deal transactions) of a number of real property portfolios, including drafting due diligence reports and preparing and negotiating transactional documentation.
