Manuel Grez

Manuel Grez concentrates his practice mainly on real estate and corporate law, advising Chilean and foreign clients in the development of housing, hotel, infrastructure, and industrial projects and providing support in the preparation of title studies, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, and long-and short-term leases, among others.

Manuel also participates in due diligence processes in relation to all types of real estate and corporate assets, including obtaining permits and sectorial authorizations, communication with authorities, and analysis of compliance with applicable urban planning regulations, adjusting to the specific needs of each client in order to provide comprehensive advice.
