Wolf Michael Kühne is Managing Partner of DLA Piper Italy and is based in the Milan office.

With over 30 years’ experience as a corporate and M&A adviser, he has specific expertise in supporting clients in the strategic and operational aspects of complex, cross-border transactions.

Dual qualified in Italy and Germany, he is widely recognised as a leading practitioner in bilateral relationships between the two countries.

In particular, he focuses on advising private and public companies, including German clients in their activities in Italy and Italian clients doing business in Germany.

He is the founding partner of the Italian branch of the firm, which he contributed to opening in 1993.

Wolf Michael is a board member and the delegate for Milan at the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany.
