Zoe Levine's practice focuses on data privacy and consumer class action litigation. She represents companies across the technology and consumer goods sectors in class action and multidistrict litigation (MDLs) involving biometric and advertising privacy, data breach, and a range of consumer protection regulations. 

Zoe has extensive experience with various privacy regulations, including Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and Genetic Information Privacy Act (GIPA), as well as a number of consumer fraud and protection statutes, including the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practice Act (ICFA). 

Zoe also maintains an active pro bono practice, securing immigration protections for children and recovering under the Fair Housing Act.
