Sean also conducts internal investigations into whistleblower complaints across industries such as automation, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory testing, guiding clients in developing compliance protocols that align with federal and state privacy, safety, and fraud-prevention regulations.
Known for transforming large-scale problems into practical, manageable solutions, Sean’s experience includes defending a major corporation in a nationwide class action with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake, as well as prosecuting and defending high-stakes contract disputes. His litigation background spans trial and arbitration work, expert witness preparation, depositions, and arguing dispositive motions.
Sean is equally dedicated to his pro bono practice. In 2023, Public Counsel recognized him for his work on the Homelessness Prevention Project, which helped families at risk of eviction secure stable housing. He also advocates for veterans seeking enhanced disability ratings and criminal record expungements. Beyond the courtroom, Sean serves his community as a volunteer at Mosaic Los Angeles.
