DLA Piper Canada welcomes associate Shaliney Malhotra
DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Shaliney Malhotra to the firm’s Toronto office in the Employment and Labour group.
Shaliney has a general practice in employment and labour law and has represented clients before various levels of court and tribunals including the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Labour Relations Board, and Tax Court of Canada.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Shaliney articled and practised at a full-service firm in the Greater Toronto Area. Shaliney earned a Dual J.D. from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. During her time in law school, Shaliney was a judicial extern at the Third Circuit Court in Detroit, Michigan.
