Isaac Belland

Isaac Belland is an associate in DLA Piper's Restructuring practice – focusing on bankruptcy and insolvency matters and civil litigation. He advises creditors, debtors, receivers, and other stakeholders in restructuring proceedings, workouts, and enforcement actions. Isaac has represented clients before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King's Bench.

During law school, Isaac won the 2023 Alberta Court of Appeal Civil Moot, placed second in the 2022 Right Honourable Beverley McLachlin Moot, and was selected for the Courts Clerkship program, where he worked under three judges of the Alberta Court of Justice.

Isaac summered and articled with the firm prior to joining as an Associate.
