Marisa Machacek is practicing in all areas of intellectual property law. She advises on trademark, design, copyright, trade secret and competition law, focusing on complex contractual structures, corporate transactions and the enforcement of intellectual property rights in litigation.

Her work also includes operational and strategic advice on trademark portfolios, digital business models, and support for comprehensive (R&D) collaborations and joint ventures. She has a particular focus on structuring and implementing corporate transactions in relation to all aspects of intellectual property law, as well as know-how and trade secret protection. She primarily advises clients in the fields of technology, fashion, social media, hospitality, fintech and mobility.
