Noah Smith concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes and internal and government-facing investigations across a range of industries.

Noah defends clients in state and federal courts around the country. His experience spans products liability, class action, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation, and breach of contract cases, as well as other types of commercial disputes. He also represents clients in investigations by the Department of Justice and Offices of Inspectors General. During law school, Noah was involved with an appellate clinic where he represented clients in federal courts of appeals.

Noah drafts dispositive motions, manages discovery, engages with government regulators, and litigates emergency injunctive relief matters. He works closely with clients throughout all stages of litigation and investigations and has helped high-profile individuals and organizations in the professional and collegiate sports sectors navigate high-stakes civil litigation and sensitive investigations. He also engages with the firm's innovative initiatives, regularly testing and evaluating emerging artificial intelligence tools to enhance legal service delivery for clients.

Noah maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers, incarcerated individuals in prisoners' rights cases, and nonprofit organizations.
