Global law firm DLA Piper has advised Digia, a Finnish software and service company listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Savangard, a leading Polish business providing high-quality integration, API, and software development services. The acquisition is set to go through on 2 June 2025. Founded in 2002, Savangard mainly serves clients in the financial services, energy, manufacturing, and public sectors.
