DLA Piper advises Quince on its US$500 million Series E financing

DLA Piper advised Quince, a manufacturer-to-consumer retail platform, on its US$500 million Series E financing round led by ICONIQ, valuing the company at US$10.1 billion.

The financing round included participation from Basis Set Ventures, Wellington Management, Wndrco, MarcyPen Capital Partners, Notable Capital, and DST Global and will support the continued growth and global expansion of Quince’s manufacturer-to-consumer platform.

“Quince has built a platform that is reshaping how consumer products reach the market,” said Randy Socol, the DLA Piper Partner who led the deal team. “We have been fortunate to support Quince since its inception and our team worked closely with them on this financing, which reflects strong investor confidence in the company’s model and its future potential.”

In addition to Socol (Los Angeles/San Diego), the deal team included Partner Anthony Taranto, and Associate Viet Nguyen (all San Diego).
