Kathryn Cote

Kate Cote is a litigation associate who focuses her practice on products liability, mass torts, and class actions. Kate’s experience includes identifying, researching, and analyzing discrete and complex legal issues in a variety of matters, including in pharmaceuticals, privacy, employment, artificial intelligence, and consumer products. Kate has experience drafting procedural motions and discovery requests. During law school, Kate served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Andrew G. Schopler and the Honorable Judge Thomas J. Whelan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
