Andy Dietrick focuses on US and global corporate transactions in the life sciences industry, representing emerging to multinational life sciences, healthcare, biotech, medical device and technology companies and universities. Drawing on a background in patent law, Andy counsels clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, with an emphasis on negotiating and structuring acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate partnering, licensing, and other complex collaborations in the life sciences sector.
