EXPERIENCE

  • Advised renowned international healthcare provider UPMC on its acquisition of the Sports Surgery Clinic (SSC), an independent hospital located in Santry in Dublin, Ireland.
  • Acted as legal counsel to Leumi UK Group Limited on its refinancing of the Morrison hotel in central Dublin for Zetland Capital, a leading investment manager focused on real estate.
  • Advising a leading real estate investment management firm, Harrison Real Estate Capital LLC, in connection with its joint venture (JV) partnership with a global real estate investment company, to develop and acquire purpose-built student accommodation assets across Ireland.
  • Advising Webster Bank in relation to the acquisition of EnergyCap LLC and its subsidiary Wattics Ltd, an enterprise energy management software company based in Ireland.
  • Advising leading private equity firm, Duke Street, on the acquisition of Suir Engineering, a leading provider of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering services headquartered in Waterford.
  • Advising LBBW, Nord L/B and Rabobank on the financing of two utility-scale solar farms in Ireland.
