Patrik joined the Austrian Employment team in July 2022. He advises in all areas of Austrian collective and individual employment law and acts in this field for international and national clients.

Furthermore, Patrik consults in the area of employment of foreign nationals and supports clients with the integration of highly qualified foreign employees into their Austrian businesses.

Patrik regularly represents clients in employment law litigation before courts and authorities.

His clients particularly include companies in logistics, trade, information technology and production.

Before joining DLA Piper, Patrik worked at the Department of Employment and Commercial Law at the University of Salzburg and later for several years in the HR and legal department of a global industrial company with worldwide branches. He therefore has a very keen understanding of the needs and requirements of his clients.
