Sam Zuckernik concentrates his practice on the leasing, financing, acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial real estate assets throughout the United States.

Sam routinely advises owners, operators, investors and developers in all aspects of real estate development and investment transactions, including advising on joint venture formation, transaction strategy, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, drafting and negotiating leases, representing clients in front of permitting and licensing boards, due diligence and financing. His experience spans a variety of asset classes, including industrial/logistics, multi-family, commercial office, life science, and retail properties.
