Lucy Arkwright advises on all aspects of competition law and regulation, with particular expertise in Irish and EU legal frameworks. She has extensive experience supporting domestic and international clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and technology.

Her practice includes advising on Irish, EU, and multi-jurisdictional merger control, foreign direct investment filings, and market investigations. Lucy regularly assists clients with the competition law aspects of complex cross-border transactions, including coordinating filings and liaising with regulators across multiple jurisdictions.

Lucy also advises clients on competition investigations, behavioural issues and competition compliance, helping clients navigate regulatory scrutiny and enforcement actions.
