Patrick R. Dwyer

Patrick Dwyer focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and investigations. His litigation experience includes the representation of individuals, financial institutions, and domestic and international corporations in federal and state court disputes throughout the country. Pat represents and assists clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial strategy, motion practice, and discovery through trial, settlement, and appeal.

Before joining DLA Piper, Pat served as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp and the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to law school, Pat worked as an investigative analyst in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. Pat graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law.
