Kim Rasmussen is engaged in national and international corporate contracts with particular focus on supplier agreements, sales agreements, business agreements, project agreements and credit agreements.
He is further specialised within conditions of purchase, sale and supply, with wide experience of Incoterms 2010, FIDIC etc. in this respect.
Kim has also been involved in M&A and drafting of shareholders' agreements.
Finally, he has specialist knowledge of financing, i.e. credit and loan agreements and financing of chattels personal. Kim has wide experience of both financial and operational leasing, as well as in-depth knowledge of insurance aspects of lease arrangements. He is also experienced within subleases.
As part of the above, Kim conducts a number of court and arbitration cases on a continuous basis.
